The Basic Hunt Group service allows users to divert calls to a single destination telephone number of their choice such as the office. If, however the call is not answered within 5 rings the call is re directed to an alternative number such as the Mobile. Once again if the call is not answered within 5 rings the call will re directed to a further destination number such as the Call bureau where the call will be answered by your own receptionist 24/7.
